King Harry Ferry, July 2012 for Embark: Ferry Art 2012.

These prints where made using solvent to transfer images from photocopies of photographs and sketches onto printmaking paper. The source material is the return journey on the King Harry Ferry from Feock to The Roseland embarkment points. This work is celebrating the importance of the Ferry. The experience of the short journey has remained in my memory since childhood when Cornwall was the destination for family holidays.

These nine unique prints were made for the exhibition 1 – 31 October 2012 curated by curator and artist Charlotte Davis and illustrator Anna Cattermole, FOTONOW CIC. They are available as a series or individually. Each print is 56 x 77cm.
